Protect

Before any work begins we protect everything. Furniture, objects, floors, and fixtures are covered with plastic sheeting and professional drop cloths. We take time to do this properly — it keeps your home clean and lets us work without restriction.

Prep

Preparation is the foundation of a lasting paint job. We remove all flaking and peeling paint, fill holes and cracks, seal stains, and sand all surfaces for proper adhesion. Corners, edges, and trim are carefully masked before any paint is applied.

Safety

Albion Contracting is a Certified Lead Safe Renovator. If your home was built before 1978 there's a good chance it has lead paint somewhere — we know how to work safely around it, contain the dust, and dispose of materials properly. It's something a lot of contractors overlook. We don't.

Paint

We prime all bare surfaces and apply two coats of premium paint to a clean, uniform finish. We use quality products from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, and we're happy to work with whatever color direction you have in mind — whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance.

Finish

Once the painting is complete we put your space back together — furniture and belongings returned to their original positions, floors vacuumed and swept, and all materials and trash removed. We leave the space clean and ready for you to use and enjoy.

Inspect

Before we call a job done, we do a thorough walkthrough of our own. Then we invite you to inspect the completed work with us. Any touch-ups are handled on the spot — we don't leave until you're satisfied with the result.
